We are Jennifer and Joe. We have been happily married since 2011 and we are looking to grow our family through adoption. Our home is full of faith, love, and laughter. We love to play games, cook together, and go camping. We have two kid-friendly dogs and a warm, comfortable, loving home.
We both come from large families and we have always expected to have children of our own. Since we have been unable to have our own children, we would love to provide a home for a child who doesn’t have a place of their own. We have a lot of love to give and we hope to share it with a child of our own.
We live in a comfortable three bedroom home with a third of an acre yard with a nice amount of play area. There are also nearby parks with lots of room to run around and play. We live in a family-friendly area of a medium-sized town in central Wisconsin. Both of us come from close knit, large families. Jennifer’s family all lives in the area and we see them often. Joe’s family lives all over the country but we try to get together whenever possible. There are many cousins of all ages.
Joe is fun, caring, and loving. He enjoys reading and is passionate about history. Joe enjoys playing board games, relaxing and he always has a smile on his face.
Jen is supportive and patient. She loves nature and gardening. She also loves to cook and bake and she loves to play with her nieces and nephews. Jen has a wonderful sense of humor and a caring personality.
We have had very similar upbringings and grew up in neighboring communities. However, we didn’t meet until we met online. We dated for several years and married in 2011.
Remember that you will always have a home here. Those who are worth impressing will never need to be impressed. Always be true to yourself and your values.
We believe it is important for a child to know where they come from. We know it can be traumatic for a child to lose their birth family and we believe an open adoption and close family connections can help the child to find their place in the world.
